There are three (3) levels of Individual membership.

Regular membership dues are $50 (biennially). The membership dues cover a two-year period from January 1st of the year of purchase, through December 31st of the following year. Silver and Gold levels of membership are for members that wish to support FATE beyond the Regular level. Silver level is $65 and Gold level is $75. These two-year periods are the same as Regular.

Graduate student membership dues are $20.00 (biennially). The membership dues cover a two-year period from January 1st of the year of purchase through December 31st of the following year. Graduate students must submit a copy of their current and validated university ID with their completed membership application in order to receive the special graduate student rate.

Pay online with MemberClicks and email these items to the FATE President with a subject line heading of "FATE student membership documentation".

New members may join at any time during the calendar year but dues are not pro-rated. Membership purchased after January 1 will be activated as of date of purchase, but will be valid for only the next two-year membership cycle. For example, if you join in May of 2012, your membership cycle would be Jan 1, 2012- Dec 31, 2013. If you join in May of 2013, your membership cycle would be Jan 1, 2013- Dec 31, 2014.

Renewal notices will be sent by email in November of the year membership expires. Members that remain unpaid by February 15th of their renewal year will be dropped from membership.

Membership includes a copy of all e-newsletters, a copy of FATE in Review, the annual journal, and conference information on all FATE activities. Previous publications will be distributed to members as password protected PDFs.
