Individual
Membership
Regular membership dues are $50.00 (biennial) for
a two (2) year membership. Graduate student membership
dues are $20.00 (biennial). A photocopy of the student's
current validated university ID must be submitted
in order to receive this special rate.
Institutional Sponsorship
Supporting Institution
sponsorships are $100.00 (annual only). Sponsorship
includes five copies of all publications and one
annual membership for the primary contact person.
All mailings are sent to the primary contact person
for distribution. Additional copies of the mailings
can be purchased at the rate of $50.00 (annual only)
for each package of ten publications.

Membership
Application
Checks should be made payable to FATE. Dues must be paid in U.S. funds. FATE
does accept institutional purchase orders. All P.O.'s
must name a specific individual for membership.
Members that remain unpaid by February 15 of the
membership year will be dropped from the membership
roster. Checks returned for any reason are subject
to a $25.00 service charge plus any banking penalties.
